Participants:
Our walk-a-thon is a fun and fit activity for people of all ages, with all participants striving to achieve their personal best distance. Participants set realistic walking goals based on age and development. Water will be provided and awards given for exceptional participation.
Our goal is to help the fundraising committee raise at least $2000 to fund scholarships to students. We hope that each family will participate in the sponsored walk to the best of its ability. If 10 teams raise $200, we will achieve our goal. Thank you very much for your participation!
Please bring this form to Meet & Greet the night before the event and turn it in to Faye Henderson or the designated fundraising committee member along with your contributions.
Rules

Participants may start collecting pledges as soon as they receive the pledge sheets. Reminder: Pledge sheets need to be given in the day before the walk-a-thon, Friday, October 9, 2026 during Meet & Greet.

Pledges may be made by anyone. Each sponsor making a pledge should write their own name and pledge amount. Participants may collect the pledge in advance but must keep pledges until all are collected.

Upon completion of the walk-a-thon a volunteer will record each participants time and awards will be given out during the scholarship banquet.
